Moonstone is a precious mineral stone, white with blue shades. It belongs to Phosphate Minerals and has a Single Crystalline formation. Labradorite took its name from Canada’s peninsula named Labrador, where it was firs found in large quantities. According to an Eskimos myth, the stone is presented as the Northern Lights, once trapped on the rocks of Labrador coast.
