You are able to search for jewelry based on category or style. You can also use the search filters that appear after you enter a category, or by choosing to view all products. After you pick a jewel, you can find extra information abut it at its screen, as well as more photos of it. If need be, you select the parameters required, such as the size at some rings. Subsequently, you can add the product to your basket. After you move there the products you want, you can complete your order, introducing the information required. Our payment methods are the following:
a) Cash on delivery. – Payment of the exact order amount at the transport company on delivery, with an extra charge of 2 euros for purchases within Greece. This payment method is not available for customers out of Greece.
b) Credit, debit or prepaid card. – The cards we accept are: VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.
c) Bank deposit. This payment method is not available for customers out of Greece.

At rings that don’t have an adjustable band, you need to know the size you want and select it during the order process. If you don’t know your ring size, you can consult the Size Guide.
All of our jewelry are handmade, which means that any slight differences among similar pieces are due to the human factor during construction. That’s why every product you order is unique!
Creating a User Account gives you the following possibilities:
a) The information you entered is aleady stored and appears automatically in each transaction.
b) You have access at your entire order history.
c) You can add products at Favorites category and go back to them any time you want.
For domestic shipments we collaborate with ELTA Courier and for shipments abroad with ELTA.
For domestic shipments, the shipment fee is 4.00 euros. In case you don’t want to pay through credit card, bank deposit or PayPal, you can select cash at delivery, paying directly the exact order amount at the transport company. The “cash at delivery” service is charged with plus 2.00 euros. For orders over 60.00 euros, there are no shipment fees regardless the payment method.
For shipments abroad, the shipment fee is 12.00 euros and payment options such as cash at delivery and bank deposit are unavailable. For orders over 120.00 euros, the shipment is free. Moreover, clients outside EU might be charged with additional fees that result from differences in the exchange rate, customs clearance, import duties, product constraints and other local demands for which we are not responsible.
All of our prices include VAT 24%.
In case of force majeure, we do not take responsibility for late or none delivery of the product.
The delivery time depends on the product’s availability. The e-shop products are divided into two categories:
a) The one of a kind pieces, which cannot be remade and are ready to ship. In this case, the order will reach you within 3 days if your shipping address is within Greece. For orders abroad, the shipping time depends on the product destination.
b) The made to order pieces. In this case, shipment takes place 5-8 days after placing the order, so it will be in your hands within 10 days for Greece. For orders abroad, the shipping time depends on the product destination. Since all the creations of the shop are handmade, mass production is impossible. So the waiting in order to acquire something special and unique made just for you, is definitely worth it.

You can exchange the product you ordered within 15 days since the day of its arrival. The only codition is that it hasn’t been worn and that it is at the exact same condition as the one it was when you recived it. You will have to fill out the return form that was send to you with the product. Then, you will have to send it to our store, Kirki, Ionos Dragoumi 4, 54624, Thessaloniki, Greece. You will also need to inform us about the product code with which you wish to exchange it. The shipping fees are charged on you, unless we sent you a wrong order. Special orders or “make your own ring” orders can not be exchanged.
If you want to cancel the order you just made you can contact us within one hour since it was completed.
